Edaran Buku Ilmu was set up on 13th March 1993 by Mr. Gan Thian Seh. It started as a small bookshop at housing areas. In 5th March 2002, Mr. Gan Tze Beang joined the company and the directors decided to change the name to Edaran Ilmu Didik Sdn. Bhd. In 2011, directors decided to set up their retail outlets using the name Talent BookStore.

At the beginning, the company was set up to distribute textbooks to local schools only. Now, we have since grown to include several retail outlets under our wing. We are committed to provide essential educational resources and also a variety of necessary goods and quality books, materials and all related resources and necessity deliver to our customers.
